Simple Local Site builds and hosts websites for local service businesses. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it. Contact: [email protected], 1530 The Alameda #300, San Jose, CA 95126.
Public business information. To build free previews, we use publicly available business information, such as your business name, service area, Google rating and reviews, photos you've published, and the public contact email listed for your business.
Information you give us. If you become a customer: your name, business name, email, phone, billing address and any content you send for your site.
Payments. Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
Site visits. We may record basic, anonymous visit counts for preview pages (such as which page was opened and when) so we know whether a preview was viewed. We don't use advertising trackers, and we don't sell personal information.
How we use it. To build, run and bill for your website, to reply to you, and to send the occasional email about your site or a preview we built for you.
Sharing. Only with service providers we need to run the service (hosting, email and payment processing), or when the law requires it.
Every email we send includes our business name and mailing address. If you don't want more emails from us, reply "no" (or "unsubscribe") to any email. We'll add you to our do-not-email list right away and won't email you again. We honor every opt-out.
Email us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to have a preview of your business taken down. California residents can exercise their rights under the CCPA the same way. We won't treat you differently for asking.
