These terms cover the website services Simple Local Site ("we", "us") provides to the business that signs up ("you"). Questions: [email protected], 1530 The Alameda #300, San Jose, CA 95126.
Previews. We may build a free private preview of a website for your business. A preview carries no cost and no obligation. If you don't want it, ignore it or reply "no" and we'll take it down and stop emailing you.
What's included. Site ($49/month): a custom one-page professional website with service sections and a quote form, tap-to-call and a mobile call bar, your Google star rating and review count, a link to your Google Business Profile, hosting with a security certificate (SSL), your site on your own web address (we connect a domain you already own or register one for you) or a free simplelocalsite.com web address, changes you request by text or email, and a monthly visit report. Growth ($149/month): everything in Site, plus upkeep of your Google Business Profile (weekly posts, photos and hours, done after you add us as a manager on your profile), a review-request email and QR card you can give to customers, and a monthly report. Founding customers who signed up with a founding-customer offer keep the price shown when they signed up.
When you pay. There is no setup fee. You pay nothing until your site is live and you approve it. After you approve, we send a secure payment link, and your monthly plan starts on the day you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Month-to-month. Both plans are billed monthly with no contract and no minimum term. You can switch between plans at any time; changes are prorated.
You can cancel anytime, either in your billing portal or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again. We don't issue partial-month refunds. If you think you were charged by mistake, email us and we'll make it right; refunds go back to your original payment method.
Your content. Your business name, photos, text and reviews remain yours. You confirm that the information you give us is accurate and that you have the right to use anything you send us. Reviews shown on your site come from your public Google listing and are never changed in meaning. We never write fake reviews.
Your web address. A web address we register for you is yours. If you cancel, we'll transfer it to you on request as long as your account is paid in full.
After cancellation. Your site goes offline at the end of your paid period. On request, we'll send you your text and photos.
Suspension. We may suspend a site for non-payment or for unlawful use.
Liability. The service is provided "as is." Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Changes. If we change these terms, we'll post the new version here and email active customers about material changes.
Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
